Event Requests

 

Events Management coordinates the scheduling of all event spaces on campus as well as classrooms for weekend activities.  The Registrar’s Office is responsible for assigning classrooms for instructional purposes.  After the academic class schedule is set Events Management is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of classrooms.

To make an event request – for meetings, guest lectures, panel discussions, conferences, banquets, receptions, tabling, film screenings, concerts, etc. –  please complete a hard copy Event Request Form and submit it to Events Management, with all necessary signatures, a minimum of two weeks prior to the proposed event.  The event organizer will receive an e-mail regarding the status of the request.
